Hi! I'm Katie Kelly.

I'm a detective, a collaborator, and creative problem solver centered on developing solutions that delight customers and create value for businesses in healthcare and retail industries. I am driven by a passion for uncovering unmet needs and creating meaningful solutions that add value to people’s lives. From design thinking to design doing, I help teams move from insights to big-picture vision to successful business strategies -- while solving those pesky problems that can arise along the way.

I see my life as a constant adventure of learning, growing, and contributing. Outside of work, you might find me honing my Appalachian clog dancing skills, volunteering with design students, scavenging hardware stores for bits of inspiration, or walking my darling Boston Terrier around the Minneapolis lakes right outside our door.
